A good starter home...
I learned a lot about home maintenance with this 1925 era stucco beauty. It definitely had some character, although most of the nice woodwork, etc., was "destroyed" by previous owners. They had done the standard 70's maneuver of flat latex paint and carpeting everywhere. That was really a shame considering the original hardwood floors and doorways. This house had a fenced double lot, which was nice, but wasn't quite enough. Plus the neighborhood was getting crowded and busy and the house was near a very busy street (White Bear Avenue)
