Ridge Beam

This beam fits in the slots along the tops of the "A's".  It's 52' long, 12" tall and 3.5" thick (2 layers of 1.75" planking).  It probably weighs about 600-700 lbs. of awkward, wobbling destruction.  Be sure to hire a professional crane operator if you're going to do this kind of thing - even if it costs $140/hr (counting the drive to and from!).
